Things have been like, super rough for me in the last couple of months. Those of you that know me personally are aware that I was working a job as a Phone Sales representative for Directv, a job that I hated and stressed me out to the point I nearly developed an ulcer on several occasions. That job alone is the biggest reason why I've not posted original content in...well, a long time.

You see, starting nearly a year ago, one of my bottom left molars broke and created a large hole in my tooth, but only within the last four months, roughly July, did it start to hurt.

And boy did it hurt. The tooth was abcessing but I couldn't find a dentist who didn't charge 400$ up front for the root canal, so I suffered until about late november with pain that would send me to bed in tears. I nearly developed a narcotic addiction as Vicodin and similar pain killers were the only thing that touched the pain, and they only lasted for a few hours.

But that same narcotic was very powerful, and if I took just a little too much on a slightly too empty stomach, I would become sick for at least two-three days.

So pain bad enough to make me cry myself to sleep, narcotic pain meds and sickness caused by such caused me to miss a fair bit of work. Finally, I give up on saving the tooth and get it yanked at a nearby dental facility who I love dearly. The same day the abscessed tooth was pulled, however...

My upper right wisdom tooth breaks, starts scratching the hell out of the inside of my cheek, and begins to abscess as well.

I fall back into the same routine as before, but thankfully for only a month as I have to simply wait for the original extraction site to heal. I get it and the other three of my wisdom teeth removed, and at that point I just need a couple fillings and I'm sitting pretty. My Insurance through work was pretty helpful and make these affordable.

Too bad I got fired over an attendance technicality.

I, quite litterally, no exaggeration, clocked out of work 57 seconds too early because I was sick and was going to vomit, and went over the attendance limit, and got fired.

You hear me. All of the supervisors in the building were aware of WHY I was missing work, KNEW I wasn't just skipping out, and when I work part of my shift FEELING SICK TO MY STOMACH JUST SO I DON'T GO OVER THE ATTENDANCE LIMIT, and then accidentally clock out 57 seconds too soon and not realize it because it's not based on the schedule itself, but on when you clocked on and clocked off, and then fire me when the whole reason for my missed time is resolved, is beyond fucked up.

Especially when I was ranked in the TOP TEN PERCENT PERFORMING AGENT, DIRECTV WIDE.

That's right, I was good at my job, one of the best. And they still fired me. So those of you going "Oh you probably sucked and thats why the fired you" can shut up now.

If you work for the call center Branch called "Convergys", watch your ass. You ARE Expendable and they WILL fire you over the most retarded shit, NO MATTER how good you are at your work.

So yes. There are things I am obligated to do that I have not. Pain, near narcotic addiction, recovery, and the firing has just murdered most of my ability to do anything creative except for rather simple one-on-one RP with a close friend and obscene amounts of Animal crossing. I'm sorry,  I hope I can get back in the creative flow soon but right now? I just can't do it.

I really. Really Dislike Lama badges. If you like, them, kudos. But please, don't give them to me.

To me, giving me a lama badge just says "Eh, I kind of like what you have, but I'm not going to leave a comment or a fave and instead give you this pointless little gimmick.

Yes, I may sound like an ungrateful bitch, but I really do not like them.

I can't remember a day I spent without you. You were born five years before I was, and I grew up with you and your adventures inspiring me as I grew up. No matter what I did or what fandom I went into, you were always affecting it in some way. The abuse you've taken by your owners, Capcom, is heart breaking, but despite the fact that Capcom threw away a franchise that catered to so many more people than street fighter, you still survive, and are still a household name.

like last year, I'm taking part in this year's Secret Santa on Robot Rumpus and I'm writing down what I'd like to receive this year.

I'd like to give my giver large creative control, so I'll just list the characters I most favor and things I DON'T want to see.

My small amount of preferences:

~I'm not a homophobe, but I'd rather not see any yaoi or shounen ai, simply because these of these characters are straight[for the most part. I think Jewel is Demi.] in my head-canon, and it would just be awkward to get a racy piece for Christmas. As a matter of fact, if you could keep sexual connotations out, it would likely be for the best.
~I don't mind drama lama pieces, and for the most part anything flies with me except the above. Let the blood fly if that's what you do best.
~If you do me a written piece, I'd like it to be at least 1000 words, though if you can't crank that size out, as long as there's effort I'm cool with it. Just please make sure that it's spell checked and proof read. No text talk or unnecessary abbreviations.
~Feel free to add any character you want, the list above is just my favorites, but is in no way my ONLY loved characters. Honestly, I don't think there's a chara I DON'T like.

I'll tweak this if I think of something else, but for the most part I've listed the only things I'd really be picky about, and I think anyone can respect asking for quality and something that won't make everyone uncomfortable.
